Position: Flower and Plant Packer & Repacker (Floriculture)

Job Type: Full-time / Seasonal with long-term perspective

Hours: 32 – 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you are the final quality check before the flowers and plants head to the exporter or retail chain. You ensure every product looks perfect:

• Packing & Decorating: Packing indoor plants, outdoor plants, or cut flowers into sleeves, foil, or themed gift packaging (e.g., for Mother’s Day or Christmas).

• Assembling: Creating mixed plant arrangements or putting together flower bouquets according to specific client requirements.

• Quality Control: Checking plants for damage, dead leaves, or incorrect sizes.

• Labeling: Applying the correct barcodes, price stickers, and shipping labels to the packaging.

The Ideal Profile

• Fine Motor Skills: You work quickly, but always with care and respect for fragile products.

• Eye for Detail: You spot immediately when a flower or plant does not meet the quality standards.

• Flexible Attitude: The floriculture sector has clear peak periods; you don’t mind working extra hours around holidays.

• Team Spirit: You work in a pleasant, vibrant warehouse together with motivated international colleagues.

Experience is a plus, but a positive motivation is what matters most to us!
