Position: Full-time Potted Plant Nursery Worker

Hours: 38 – 40 hours per week (Full-time)

Working Hours: 07:00 – 17:00

Your Day at the Nursery

Innovation is key in the potted plant sector. You will work in a modern greenhouse where many processes run via conveyor belts and robots. Your tasks will be highly diverse:

• Sorting & Quality Control: Checking if the plants have the correct height and fullness before they are sent to the customer.

• Preparing for Sale: Equipping the pots with the correct labels, sleeves, or decorative extras.

• Logistical Support: Placing the plants onto the correct carts (Danish trolleys) and preparing orders for transport to the auction.

• Crop Care: Depending on the season, helping with potting, spacing, or pruning the plants.

What Do You Bring?

At Perflex, we look primarily at your attitude and motivation. However, it is useful if you meet the following points:

• Energy: You have a great dose of energy and enjoy physical work (you will be standing and walking a lot during your shift).

• Independence & Teamwork: You can work well independently, but also function great within an international team.

• Precision: You work accurately and efficiently; the plants need to look beautiful for the consumer.

• Experience: Experience in horticulture is a plus, but we also warmly invite newcomers who want to learn the trade to apply!

• Language Skills: You speak English, Dutch, or Polish.
