Reach Truck Driver

Position: Reach Truck Driver

Level: Experienced

Hours: 38 – 40 hours per week (Shift work)

In this role, you will skillfully maneuver through narrow aisles and place heavy pallets into high-bay racks at significant heights. Safety and precision are key.

Core Activities

• High-Bay Storage: Storing and retrieving goods in high-bay racking systems using a reach truck.

• Loading & Unloading: Loading and unloading trucks and containers.

• System Tracking: Processing moved goods administratively within the WMS (Warehouse Management System).

• Optimization: Actively contributing ideas to optimize storage space and logistical flows.

Job Requirements

• Certification: In possession of a valid and recognized reach truck certificate.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of demonstrable work experience operating a reach truck.

• Spatial Awareness: Strong spatial awareness and a high sense of responsibility for workplace safety.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible staggered shifts or shift rotations.
