Your Day at the Nursery

As a worker in gerbera cultivation, you are an essential link in the entire process—from the greenhouse to the customer. Your workday is varied and active:

• Harvesting & Picking: You select and pick the finest, top-quality gerberas, ready for the flower auction.

• Sorting & Hanging: After harvesting, you ensure the correct sorting and neatly hang the flowers so they are perfectly prepared for transport.

• Order Picking: You collect specific orders and ensure the correct flower orders are ready for the customers.

You will work in a close-knit, motivated team with one of our professional clients. The atmosphere on the work floor is collaborative and feels like a warm family, where everyone helps each other and new colleagues receive intensive on-the-job training.
